The room here is large and spacious, the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, and the location is stunningly close to Casa de Cervantes.

location, staff, cafeteria
I fear that a hotel which once had a very good reputation has been been blighted by the remodelling of all rooms. The walls are now so think that both televisions and esp. telephone conversations can be clearly followed. I sincerely believe that this hotel needs to take radical steps to improve soundproofing as a matter of urgency.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms, though somewhat small, are all clean and modern with everything you could need, including an excellent wi-fi connection. The parking garage is tightly packed and hard to maneuver in, but the desk clerk parked my car for me so that I could get out easily when I needed to.

I liked the position;within walking distance of station and near historic centre.
The room was small and the bathroom bait cramped.

The twin room I booked was updated. the best thing was how nice the staff were. - the hotel's location was close enough to the main square, the city center, and Plaza Mayor where all the bars and restaurants are located.

Close to everything we needed! Our room overlooked the street, so noise from the vibrant city nightlife was quite audible, but it was a minor inconvenience. We appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms and the secure parking garage across the street. I'll recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Excellent Hotel in a central location.
Our booking was for early Octpber and, when we enquired, we were told that the Air-conditioning had been turned off at the end of September. Despite the fact that the staff agreed that the weather was warm, no A/c was available. We were advised to open our window, but this was onto the street, which was very noisy.
